Two Shipments in Four Days, Light and Heavy: Anman Jet Grouting and Top-Drive Rigs Delivered Across Scenarios

Four Days, Two Shipments, Two Extreme Working Conditions

From September 23 to 27, Anman's Wuxi base shipping yard operated back-to-back: 2 units of SJW-80 high-pressure jet grouting rigs loaded and headed south to Fujian; 4 days later, 1 unit of AM-24 top-drive multifunctional rig was hoisted onto a flatbed and dispatched to a high-altitude site in Tibet.

From the soft-soil deep foundation pits of the southeast coast to the hard-rock pipe-roof tunnels above 4,000 meters altitude — 4 days, 3 machines, two completely opposite working conditions. Anman used one concentrated delivery week to lay out the full width of its product line for the market to see.

Shipment 1: 2 Units of SJW-80, Fujian Soft-Soil Deep Foundation Pit

On September 23, two SJW-80 rigs completed final assembly and quality inspection at the Wuxi workshop. An overhead crane lifted each unit as a whole, while the配套 air compressor and drill rods were loaded onto the same truck, bound for a deep foundation-pit project in Fujian.

The SJW-80 is Anman's mid-depth workhorse in the jet grouting rig series. Its core specs directly target the most common cutoff-wall and ground-improvement needs in building foundations, metro stations, and municipal retaining structures:

  • Single-rod drilling depth 30.5 m, effective improvement depth 28 m — covers the cutoff-wall depth of the vast majority of urban foundation pits, eliminating verticality errors and work interruptions caused by rod coupling

  • Mast height 25 m (optional 28 m) — paired with rod length for true single-rod-to-bottom drilling, reducing assembly/disassembly frequency and boosting daily pile count for the rig operator

  • Drilling parameter monitor with 11 real-time data channels — depth, pressure, flow, grout volume, density, rotation speed and more, fully visualized; quality reports printable with one click and贴 to the construction log, traceable by the client's supervisor at any time

The shipment also included a high-pressure grout pump and a Shenjianglong-brand air compressor. Host machine + pump + compressor + drill rods delivered as one integrated package — plug in water and power on site, and start work.

The typical ground profile at Fujian sites is silty soft soil + sand layers. Jet-grouted columns in these conditions typically achieve effective diameters of 800–1,200 mm. The SJW-80's mast height and feed stroke match this depth range perfectly, balancing cost-effectiveness and construction efficiency.

Shipment 2: 1 Unit of AM-24, Tibet High-Altitude Hard-Rock Pipe Roof

On September 27, one AM-24 top-drive multifunctional rig left the same production line — but the destination changed to Tibet.

This machine is in a completely different weight class from the SJW-80. The AM-24 corresponds to the former model HDL-308/350 and is Anman's heavy-duty flagship in the top-drive rig series, built for the hardest jobs:

  • Dual torque-head design, 25,000 N·m per head, 150 rpm — two independent torque heads: one rotates the drill pipe for penetration, the other rotates the casing for wall protection; both soft and hard formations stay under control

  • Casing-and-drill-pipe reverse rotation drilling — casing turns clockwise, drill pipe turns counter-clockwise, casing follows the pipe, hole wall is protected at all times; no collapse in permafrost, fractured zones, or water-rich sand layers

  • Impact module 650 N·m / 2,300 bpm — hit a hard-rock interlayer? Switch to impact mode instantly, no machine change needed

  • Machine weight 21,000 kg, engine power 194/242 kW dual-mode adjustable — at high altitude with oxygen-thin air and power derating, the 242 kW high mode leaves ample headroom

  • 21-ton-class tracked undercarriage — on unhardened Tibet roads, gravel slopes, and muddy sections during permafrost thaw, ground pressure and climbing capability both have margin to spare

Typical AM-24 applications include advance pipe-roof installation at railway/highway tunnel portals, deep anchoring in high-altitude permafrost, and casing drilling in hard-rock formations. The core pain points at Tibet sites are high altitude, low oxygen, fractured ground, and abundant groundwater. Conventional rigs lose 30% power at altitude, suffer high collapse rates, and have poor casing efficiency. The AM-24's high-power dual torque-head and reverse-rotation drilling工艺 are designed precisely for these scenarios.

Light and Heavy Together: Anman's Product Width

Put the two shipments side by side and the message is direct:

The SJW-80 solves the highest-frequency mid-depth jet-grouting need in urban underground works — building foundation-pit cutoff walls, metro station retaining structures, municipal utility-tunnel reinforcement. Single-rod 28 m effective depth, full drilling-parameter data acquisition, start work upon arrival. The route is efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The AM-24 solves hard-rock drilling and deep-hole casing needs in extreme conditions — high-altitude tunnel pipe roofs, permafrost anchoring, deep holes in fractured zones. Dual torque-head 25,000 N·m, casing-and-drill-pipe reverse rotation drilling, high-power altitude margin. The route is heavy-duty and complex-formation adaptability.

One at 21 tons, the other under 10 tons (machine weight per nameplate); one heading to coastal soft soil, the other to high-altitude hard rock. Anman's current product line spans from the 1.4-ton SJL-25A to the 21-ton AM-24 — from jet grouting, anchoring, and top-drive to photovoltaic, grout pumps, and batching plants. No gaps between models.

Dual-Warehouse Shipping, Controlled Lead Time

Anman operates one machine warehouse each in Wuxi and Yangzhou. Standard models carry safety stock; non-standard configurations support scheduled production. Both shipments in this batch completed final assembly and factory quality inspection at the Wuxi base, transported by partner flatbed fleets. East China to Fujian takes approximately 18 hours; East China to Tibet takes approximately 5–7 days (including speed-limited high-altitude sections).

For after-sales service, Anman commits to 7×24 technical response. Upon new-machine arrival, engineers can guide installation and commissioning remotely, with on-site dispatch within 48 hours when necessary.
